Fundacja Gramy z Tobą is a Polish foundation dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and the families and caregivers who support them. Founded by Father Witold Janocha, a longtime chaplain to athletes with disabilities and a lecturer at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, the organization works to promote social inclusion, employment, health and quality of life. Its initiatives include vocational activation and skills development, social integration projects, respite care, and programs for families and caregivers.
The foundation also operates a Vocational Activity Establishment and supports the John Paul II House in Pietraszki, a facility intended to serve people with disabilities. Its projects address areas such as social skills, anti-discrimination awareness and professional qualifications.
