Campamento Cívico-Militar El Gran Capitán is a youth summer camp in the Sierra de Guadarrama, near Navacerrada in the Community of Madrid, Spain. Named after Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba, the camp offers a civic-military orientation experience designed to bring participants as close as possible to a military-style environment. Its approach emphasizes tradition, enduring values, work, effort and commitment.

The camp runs in one-week sessions during July and August, with participants able to enroll for one to four weeks. Groups are organized according to the length of each participant’s stay to support a consistent pace of learning. Fees vary by duration, and discounts are available for returning campers and siblings. Families reserve a place by completing the required registration and paying a deposit or the full fee. The camp is located at the Almorchones site, approximately 45 minutes by car from Madrid. Transportation to and from the camp is not included in the activity price.
