About Granada Theater
Granada Theater, located in Dallas, has a rich history dating back to its opening in 1946. The theater's exterior still dazzles with neon lights, reminiscent of the golden age of Hollywood. Inside, you'll find stunning art deco designs, including original art murals created by renowned artists who worked on the iconic Grauman's Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
The theater boasts 950 seats and a tower with changing neon lights. Over the years, Granada Theater has undergone various transformations, from benefit screenings and church services to arthouse cinema and, unfortunately, a stint as an adult theater. However, in 1977, it made a successful transition to a music hall.
