About Grande Prairie PCN
Grande Prairie Primary Care Network (PCN) was established in 2010 to collaborate with local primary care physicians in delivering innovative healthcare services. The network aims to enhance medical clinic practices, improve communication, and increase coordination of services, all to better meet the needs of the community. In 2014, the PCN further solidified its commitment to improving healthcare by opening the After-Hours Clinic, which serves individuals with urgent but non-life-threatening medical issues, as well as those without a family doctor.
Additionally, the Chronic Pain Management Program, now known as the Persistent Pain Program, was also launched, becoming the only chronic pain program north of Edmonton. The network offers a wide range of programs and services, including Women’s Health Clinic, Virtual Physiotherapy, Anxiety to Calm, and many more. With a focus on patient care, collaboration, and community well-being, Grande Prairie PCN is dedicated to providing comprehensive and accessible healthcare to the residents of Grande Prairie, Alberta
