Grand Garage is an innovation and education workshop located in the heart of Tabakfabrik Linz. Our focus is on people, knowledge, and technology, and we offer a wide range of products and services to support these areas. In our workshop, which spans over 3,000 square meters, we provide access to almost 100 professional machines, including welding workshops, CNC milling machines, 3D printers, industrial robots, and laser cutters.

We encourage experimentation and offer workshops and innovative educational formats to make digital and analog technologies accessible and learnable, especially for young people. Our members have access to a MakerSpace where they can unleash their creativity and bring their project ideas to life. Excitingly, starting from May 12th, all our members now have 24/7 access to our Smart Garage and Plastic Garage on the ground floor.

At Grand Garage, we aim to bring together individuals from various backgrounds and skill sets who are passionate about shaping the future. From children to startups and educational institutions to businesses, our diverse community makes our location truly unique. We also offer our space for events and provide inspiration and ideas in our room brochure.
