Gran Fierro is an authentic Argentinian Steakhouse and Cocktail Bar located in Prague. With a sustainable focus on charcoal, they are proud to be transitioning into a circular economy restaurant. The interior of Gran Fierro is a unique blend of wood, iron, leather, and concrete, spanning over 400 square meters.
It features an open kitchen, a charcoal wall, a winter garden, a patio, and two VIP rooms, all designed by the talented Dagmar Stepanova and her award-winning studio Formafatal. When it comes to the food, the chef Miguel Innella combines Argentinean culinary traditions with Spanish influence to create a powerful mix of grilled dishes and gourmet creations.
