Grange Golf Club is a golf club in Rathfarnham, set in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, around 15 minutes from Dublin city centre and accessible from major routes. The club’s James Braid course is known for its mature woodland setting and scenic views, with Marlay Park and St. Enda’s Park forming natural boundaries nearby. Grange was named Dublin’s best parkland course by Golf Digest in 2008 and is home to former Ryder Cup Captain Paul McGinley.
The club offers 24 holes across the Philip Love, Sheahan and Academy courses. These facilities allow members to play three different 18-hole layouts, while also supporting two simultaneous 12-hole competitions during winter and additional six-hole play on competition days. Visitors can book tee times and take part in open competitions, while membership is available for those seeking regular access. The club also provides a pro shop, professional services, caddies, and a bar and restaurant. Course information, bookings, competition results and visitor details are available through the club’s website.
