Granntalli

Granntalli is a family-run horse farm and riding school owned by Susanna Kujala and Jouni Kuntsi, located in Karjaa, Raseborg, Finland. The farm is home to around ten horses, including three ponies, as well as a dog and two cats. Most of the horses were bred at Granntalli and have lived there in a herd, with plenty of outdoor time and conditions designed to support their natural way of life.

The school offers small-group riding lessons for different skill levels from Monday to Saturday, with teaching in Finnish and Swedish. Students learn practical horse-care and handling skills, preparing and looking after their horses under professional supervision. Other activities include horse handling instruction, carriage driving, camps and courses.

Facilities include a wooden indoor riding arena, a large outdoor sand arena overlooking Lake Kirkkojärvi, and accommodation and meeting options for groups of up to ten. Guests can also rent a lakeside shelter and sauna, with stand-up paddleboards available. Granntalli’s experienced senior horses and qualified instructors underpin its varied, year-round programme
