GrassFlap LLC

GrassFlap is a leading brand in the industry, offering the only all-mechanical foot-operated OCDC (Operator Controlled Discharge Chute) that completely clears the edge of a mower deck when in the open position. With rugged construction and clever design, GrassFlap makes it incredibly easy to operate, adding only ¾ inch to the width of the mower deck when closed. Unlike hand-lever operated blockers, GrassFlap’s clean design is based on a pivoting motion, eliminating the accumulation of debris.

Coupled with a reliable mechanical cable connecting the pedal to the flap, GrassFlap provides effortless control and feathering of lawn clippings. Founded by David Luking, the brand has a rich history, evolving from a crude foot pedal operation to a fully formed steel unit that can be easily bolted onto any zero-turn mower. GrassFlap’s commitment to excellence is evident in its dedicated team, including David Luking, Rebecca Rowan, and Ben Luking, who work tirelessly to design, build, and provide exceptional customer service.

Whether you are a mowing professional or a homeowner looking for efficient lawn equipment, GrassFlap is the obvious first choice for reliability, durability, and ease-of-use
