Gratefull is a free, city-wide Thanksgiving gathering in Chattanooga, bringing residents together around one long table set in the middle of a public street. Formerly known as One Table, the event was started by Causeway in 2014 with the belief that everyone should be invited to the table when building a city that reflects its residents. Gratefull offers an open invitation to share a meal, meet neighbors, and connect with people who might not otherwise cross paths.

There is no admission fee, expectation, or set agenda. The annual event welcomes community members of all backgrounds and is supported by volunteers, sponsors, restaurants, caterers, and nonprofit partners. Volunteers can help with setup, serving food, or welcoming guests, while restaurants and caterers can contribute donations.

Attendees who wish to give can support a partner nonprofit collecting items and donations at the event. Gratefull has also been replicated in six cities across the Southeast, extending its community-centered approach beyond Chattanooga
