Founded in 2015 by Yousuf Al Gurg, a passionate university student, the gym was created to fill a gap in the market for a facility dedicated to calisthenics and parkour in Dubai. From the beginning, Gravity established a strong relationship with the World Calisthenics Organization, hosting the world's first WCO level 2 calisthenics workshop.
Since then, Gravity has become a global phenomenon, known for its state-of-the-art facilities and world-class trainers. In 2017, Gravity expanded to a new 14,000 sqft facility, cementing its position as one of the largest movement academies in the world.
