About Gordon Research Conferences
GRC, or Gordon Research Conferences, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the frontiers of science. Established in 1931, GRC provides an international forum for scientists to present and discuss cutting-edge research in the biological, chemical, physical, and engineering sciences. With over 395 conferences and seminars per year, GRC covers a wide range of fields, from physics to medicine and material science to neurobiology.
What sets GRC apart is its unique format that encourages in-depth discussion and informal networking opportunities during free afternoon times. Attended by a global network of scientists, GRC conferences foster dynamic scientific exchanges where attendees debate the ideas presented. GRC also organizes Gordon Research Seminars (GRS), exclusive events that allow graduate students and postdocs to share in the GRC experience.
Each conference is limited to 200 participants, who must apply and be selected to attend. By bringing together active contributors to their respective fields, GRC ensures the forward movement of scientific frontiers
