Great Brook Gallery is a New Jersey art gallery dedicated to presenting traditional and contemporary art of the finest quality in a warm, welcoming environment. Located in the historic downtown district of New Vernon, between Jockey Hollow and the Great Swamp National Parks, the gallery represents collectible and local artists and regularly offers visitors new work to discover.
Its exhibitions feature a varied roster of artists, including Jacalyn Beam, Charles Cashwell, Todd L.W. Doney, Richard Lane, Christopher Pierce, Hope Reis, Jim Rodgers, Claudia Seymour, John C. Traynor, and gallery owner and resident artist Justine Réneau Perdunn Kovacs. The collection includes subjects and styles such as florals, still lifes, portraits, landscapes, and marine art, with artists working in mediums including oil and pastel. The gallery also presents special shows, including an exhibition of works by Beam and Cashwell, alongside Beam’s cocktail book.
Visitors can browse the gallery during its regular Wednesday-to-Saturday hours, noon to 4 p.m., or call to arrange a private showing.
