Greater Lansing Food Bank (GLFB) has led mid-Michigan’s fight against hunger since 1981 to ensure families and neighbors in need have access to the nutritious food they need to support their health and well-being. GLFB’s 4,000 square mile, seven-county service area encompasses Clare, Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ingham, Isabella and Shiawassee Counties.

About Greater Lansing Food Bank
Greater Lansing Food Bank (GLFB) is dedicated to addressing emergency food needs in the Greater Lansing area. The organization coordinates, funds, and supports local food pantries, shelters, and community kitchens. Through its Food Movers program, perishable food is rescued and distributed to various places in the community where there is a need. The Garden Project of GLFB provides support to community gardens and low-income residential gardens with seeds, plants, information, and expertise. Additionally, it organizes a substantial gleaning program at Michigan State University and other community farms.
