The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents across the Greater Manchester region, which includes the boroughs of Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, and Wigan.
