GMLC, the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation, is a prominent women's leadership development organization in Missouri. Founded in 1990, GMLC is a 501(c)3 organization boasting a prestigious alumnae network of over 1,000 individuals from various fields, including corporate executives, lawyers, physicians, journalists, and elected officials. GMLC's flagship program, the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge, is a year-long statewide traveling symposium.

This program offers women leaders an unparalleled opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, gain knowledge about critical state policy issues, and engage with influential business, cultural, educational, and political leaders. The Challenge comprises four three-day sessions that provide continuing education in leadership development and encourage dialogue on important topics.
