GreatFireVPN

GreatFireVPN is a virtual private network service developed by GreatFire.org, an anti-censorship organization founded in 2011. It is designed to help people access the open internet in countries with heavy censorship, including China, Russia, Iran, Turkmenistan, Myanmar, and India; the service is also used in Cuba. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, GreatFireVPN uses multiple circumvention methods and automatically selects a suitable connection to support reliable, fast access under changing network conditions.

The service offers apps for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, with accounts supporting up to 10 devices simultaneously. Features include split tunneling on Android, local access to selected services while the VPN is active in supported countries, and methods for navigating whitelist-based shutdowns in Russia. GreatFireVPN says it does not log online activity or collect personal data, and users can try it without registration or an email address. A 30-day free trial is available, with paid plans ranging from 30 to 365 days.
