Greenfield Arts

Green Arts is a community-focused creative programme offering inclusive activities for people of all ages. Its 2026 season celebrates creativity and new beginnings, with events and workshops hosted in its workshop space at the Eco Centre on Moore Lane. The programme provides opportunities for participants to explore different art forms, learn new skills and make work in a welcoming environment.

Activities include The Write Place, a writing hub designed to give participants a relaxed space to write, and Creative Explorers, a free art project for young people aged seven and over. Families can also take part in craft sessions, including a half-term activity led by artist Dawn Belshaw, suitable for ages seven and up. For those interested in painting, artist Jayne Blacklock leads an acrylic workshop featuring tape-resist techniques.

Green Arts shares its events through a full programme and a monthly email newsletter, helping the community keep up with what’s on. Through its varied activities, the organisation supports accessible creative participation for young people, families and other community members.
