Green ELEMENT

GreenELEMENT is a European project focused on strengthening sustainability leadership in business through vocational education and training. It is developing a Green Business Leadership Key Competencies (GBLC) training programme for VET trainers, with the goal of helping them support 21st-century business leaders as they address sustainability challenges within their enterprises. The project brings together partners including Nefinia, Innovation Hive, Stando Ltd, Pnevma LLC, GoDesk S.R.L. and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark.

Its work includes project management and research into the current state of green business leadership. Planned outcomes include a finalized curriculum, a trainers’ e-handbook and an e-learning platform, alongside GreenELEMENT training sessions and pilot activities. The project also undertakes communication and dissemination to share its work and results. Through these educational resources and activities, GreenELEMENT aims to equip trainers with relevant competencies and practical support for delivering green business leadership learning. The project is funded by the European Union; its published notice states that the views expressed are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the EU or EACEA.
