At Green Gourmet, we aim to make informed and well-researched guidelines as to how good health, with natural ingredients, can be achieved. Green Gourmet believe that achieving a healthy body should be easy, simple, and natural for everybody. Since Green Gourmet was founded 11 years ago, we set out to find out about the health-related benefits of kale. We have together with farmers, Aarhus University and Aalborg University, and other companies developed a range of organic, 100% pure, kale-based nutritional products based on proven scientific evidence for the impact on a range of health-related issues. With this, we obtained brand and market registrations as well as patent pending status.
