Green Central Asia is a brand that aims to enhance environment, climate, and water resilience in the Central Asian region. With a focus on transboundary water management, Green Central Asia seeks to improve access to food security, water availability, and a healthy habitat for humans, flora, and fauna. Supported by the German Foreign Office, this brand is part of the Berlin Process and has been launched in collaboration with the Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan).

The Initiative strives to provide accurate information and risk analyses on the impact of climate change, while also increasing the resilience and decision-making abilities of partner states in addressing security hazards resulting from climate change. Green Central Asia cooperates with international organizations such as the UN Economic Commission for Europe, the European Union, and the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Through a joint action plan, Green Central Asia aims to implement collaborative actions between 2021 and 2024
