At Green Crayon Packaging, we create and curate sustainable and bio-degradable packaging products which comes in materials like Cotton, Jute and Jutton. We believe, If we are in a position of power, we are obligated to society in every way. Some fine day it will help us stitch a better future. Based in Calcutta, we are naturally drawn to products which have a story to tell. We believe, behind every piece of creation, lies a story. That of a weaver, a designer, a city, a state and a country which never fails to amaze us. Times are changing and the world is moving towards a planet, more sustainable. Awareness is increasing and people have started acknowledging climate change. It is not surprising to know if Indians care less about these issues, because we lack awareness (it is much beyond toxic fumes coming out of vehicles and stranded polar bears in north pole). That is one of the objectives we are striving for. Several efforts are made from our end to spread environmental literacy. Talking about business, we create and curate sustainable and bio-degradable packaging products. Our team in Bengal consists of women who work only until natural day light allows them to and this journey would be incomplete without thanking our team, our weavers and our tailors.
