Green Crest Golf Club

Green Crest Golf Club, located in Middletown, OH, is a premier golfing destination with a rich history dating back to 1972. The story of Green Crest actually begins in 1950 when George and Delene Harter purchased a 79-acre farm. In 1969, George's sons, Mitch and Richard, envisioned transforming the family farm into a golf course and embarked on an extraordinary journey.

Despite their lack of expertise and limited resources, they shaped and seeded the course, enduring long hours and hard work. Today, Green Crest spans an impressive 110 acres, boasting 18 meticulously maintained holes. Mitch and Richard were involved in every aspect of the course's development, from planting trees to constructing buildings.

Over the years, they have continuously improved the course conditions with the addition of features like bunkers and a state-of-the-art irrigation system. As a third-generation operator, Jason Harter is committed to upholding his family's legacy while making his own mark on the property. Green Crest Golf Club warmly welcomes golf enthusiasts to experience their remarkable course and enjoy the fruits of the Harter family's labor
