GREENGAGE Project is a brand dedicated to enhancing intelligence applied to city decision-making processes and governance. Their mission is to deliver innovative governance models that promote active citizen engagement in data collection and the use of urban decision-making through Citizen Observatories (CO). Their ultimate goal is to transform citizen engagement and improve cities' effectiveness in achieving the objectives of the European Green Deal for carbon-neutral cities.

The GREENGAGE consortium is made up of 14 partners from 8 different countries, including Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The consortium integrates representatives from the research and academic community, public authorities, and technology experts. They bring together experts from various fields such as social science and humanities, data and technology, urban governance and planning, and public authorities.
