About Green Grind
Green & Grind (綠適動力) is Hong Kong's first sports academy that is dedicated to promoting sports in a sustainable manner. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead active, healthy, eco-conscious, and fulfilling lives. At Green & Grind, we offer basketball and fitness services.
For basketball enthusiasts aged 3 to 18, we provide engaging and high-quality classes that cater to all skill levels. Through our basketball program, we aim to nurture and develop a passion for the sport in our students. What sets us apart is that we are not a traditional sports academy.
We are committed to instilling an eco-conscious lifestyle in our community. We have calculated all our emissions and have achieved carbon neutrality in 2021. Our goal is to be a net-zero emissions organization.
