About Green Heart Kilifi
Welcome to Green Heart of Kenya, an eco-village located 4km south of Kilifi town that offers affordable housing, sustainable real estate, and a vision for regenerative living. With a focus on sustainable development, our model farm promotes a balance of nature and development, allocating 70% of the land to agricultural spaces, forests, and parks. Our homes start at Ksh 9.
5 million, while land is available from Ksh 3. 0 million. In addition to providing residential options, we support local talent and businesses, engage stakeholders, and strive for environmental conservation and regeneration.
Our mission is to demonstrate how positive development can impact the environment, community, and economy.
