About Central Hills
Green Lotus is a high-end residential and services development in Casablanca, created through a partnership between real estate developer LES 3 GOLFS and investment and advisory group IMMO VALUE CAPITAL. The project combines their expertise across the property development process to deliver quality-focused real estate. Located in Nearshore Vallée, opposite Ville Verte, it sits at the crossroads of Sidi Maarouf, Bouskoura, Californie and Casa Nearshore.
