Greensboro Lactation

Greensboro Lactation provides personalized breastfeeding and infant-feeding support to families in Greensboro, North Carolina, with virtual consultations also available. Led by Beth Sanders, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the practice draws on her nursing background in neonatal and pediatric care and more than a decade of lactation consulting experience. Beth also holds a Spanish degree and is a certified healthcare interpreter, offering support in English and Spanish.

Services include virtual consultations through a HIPAA-compliant platform and in-person office visits at Carolina Pediatrics of the Triad. Clients can also schedule appointments and ask follow-up questions by text; phone consultations are available by appointment for a fee and phone or text advice is limited to established clients. Beth works with families to create feeding plans suited to their goals and circumstances, addressing concerns such as painful latch, nipple or breast pain, low milk supply, ties, late-preterm infants, NICU graduates, exclusive pumping, prior breast surgery, and feeding multiples.
