Greensleeps

Greensleeps is the baby sleep and parenting coaching practice of Lisa Haber, a trained social worker based in Mannheim, Germany. Lisa supports families seeking calmer nights and a more manageable sleep routine for their baby or toddler. Her individual online coaching is available to parents of children aged 6 to 36 months, with options called “Krümelchen” and “Wonneproppen.” The process begins with a holistic look at the child’s sleep, family routines, circumstances and needs, followed by a tailored, step-by-step plan. Greensleeps follows the gentle “Inliebeschlafen” approach, which emphasizes attachment, individual needs and a suitable sleep environment rather than leaving a child to cry or using strict sleep-training routines.

Alongside coaching, Greensleeps offers an app for keeping a seven-day sleep diary and accessing practical tips, as well as an e-book on the fundamentals of baby sleep. Lisa also offers an “Übernachtungsparty” on request, sharing general baby-sleep information with a family and up to five guests in person.
