Green Umbrella focuses on a 10-county regional footprint, working in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Their core values include environmental stewardship, collective impact, ideation, and equity. Green Umbrella serves as the backbone organization for collective impact, fostering collaboration among nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions, and governmental entities.

Throughout their history, Green Umbrella has facilitated partnerships, incubated nonprofit start-ups, coordinated grant applications, and hosted events like the Great Outdoor Weekend and the Midwest Regional Sustainability Summit.
