Central Asian Green University, also known as the Central Asian University of Environmental and Climate Change Studies, is a higher education institution in Uzbekistan focused on environmental challenges and climate change. Its mission is to prepare students to contribute to sustainability and positive environmental and social change across the region. The university offers a Foundation Year to build the knowledge and skills needed for undergraduate study, alongside bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes.
Bachelor’s education takes an interdisciplinary approach to environmental issues and develops competencies for careers in sustainability. Master’s programmes provide advanced, specialized training for leadership in the environmental field, including the management of projects, programmes and organizations across science, journalism, policy and sustainability practice. Beyond its academic offerings, the university supports student life and international relations, and shares news and information about its Green Campus.
