Gregor Uhl is a state-certified and officially recognized farrier serving Augsburg and the surrounding area. He provides regular hoof care and professional shoeing for horses of all breeds, as well as donkeys. His services include barefoot trimming and hoof shoeing with iron shoes using either hot or cold techniques.
He also offers aluminium shoeing and DUPLO shoes, which can be nailed on or applied with adhesive. For horses requiring additional support, Gregor provides specialist orthopaedic shoeing and shoes for conditions such as laminitis, working in consultation with the owner’s veterinarian or veterinary clinic. His regular service area extends approximately 20 kilometres around Augsburg.
In emergencies, he may travel farther to shoe a horse on a one-off basis; additional travel costs apply. The service focuses on individual hoof-care and shoeing needs, with specialist or condition-related work coordinated with veterinary professionals. Gregor Uhl’s website also provides information about the farrier, contact details, and its legal notice and privacy policy
