UNEP/GRID-Warszawa is an affiliated center of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), working towards sustainable development in Poland since 1991. Our mission is to support and inspire partners in their efforts towards a sustainable future. As part of the UNEP, we collaborate with stakeholders from various sectors to create a climate-friendly environment and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially those related to environmental issues.

We engage in a wide range of projects aimed at coordinating human activities in different fields to protect our planet. From urban projects and partnerships with local authorities to educational initiatives and nationwide social campaigns, we strive to make a positive impact. Our partnerships extend to the business sector and we work closely with the UN Science Policy Business Forum, a rapidly growing platform dedicated to intersectoral collaboration for the environment and the SDGs.
