About Griffin Claw Brewing
Griffin Claw Brewing Company, founded in 2013 by Bonnie LePage and Mary Nicholson, is dedicated to brewing the best beers in the world, forming a strong team, and contributing to the community. Our story began in 2010 at Big Rock Chophouse in Birmingham, Michigan, where we won several World Beer Cup Awards. This led us to establish two production breweries and expand our beer distribution throughout the state and beyond.
What sets us apart is our commitment to innovation. In addition to our exceptional beers, we offer spirits, including vodka and soda. We have also ventured into the world of hard cider with our brand, Blackgrass Cider.
Our dedication to quality extends to our distillation program, where we bottle whiskey that rivals the taste and age of our beers.
