Griffin Spalding Airport Authority

Griffin Spalding Airport Authority (GSAA) is the public-facing organization associated with Griffin Spalding Airport and its development and operations. Its website provides information for pilots, visitors, businesses, and community members interested in the airport. Resources cover the current airport, its history, property map, airport layout plan, and photographs of the former airport. Pilots can find practical information, including fuel pricing, while visitors can access details about hotel and rental car options. The site also lists businesses located at the airport and provides information about drone use.

GSAA also shares updates and planning materials for a new replacement airport project, including the project schedule and studies and environmental documentation. Its planning resources include a five-year capital improvement plan. For public accountability, the authority posts board member information and meeting minutes, along with contact details for the airport director and staff and a channel for information requests. The site further provides Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program updates, links to Georgia Department of Transportation resources, and information about state certification and applications.
