Jenny understands the struggles of weight and eating issues firsthand, as she has personally overcome them.

With a belief in training clients to focus on their overall well-being, she encourages a holistic approach to fitness. Combining her love for boxing and strength training, Jenny has developed a workout program that is ideal for anyone who dislikes traditional cardio or box gyms. She is certified by NPTI and has extensive experience in the sport as Bucks County’s 2001 135lb Amateur Boxing Champion.
