GRINPASS

Grinpass is a technology company focused on designing, building and operating integrated Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for businesses. Its proprietary cloud platform acts as middleware, connecting physical devices with customer applications through REST APIs. The platform can manage both Grinpass devices and equipment from other manufacturers, helping businesses integrate connected technology into existing systems or develop new applications.

Grinpass offers custom hardware, software and firmware development, including low-power sensors and actuators with Bluetooth or LTE-M connectivity. Its turnkey services can cover consulting, development, hosting, connectivity, installation and ongoing maintenance. The company also supplies access-control and energy-efficiency solutions, with services for property managers and accommodation providers, including electronic locks and a web app for managing guest access.

Under the Simon IoT brand, Grinpass provides its own connected devices, compatible with the Grinpass cloud and APIs. The company also works with mobile connectivity technologies and incorporates blockchain and distributed-ledger capabilities based on the IOTA network. Its broader ecosystem includes compatible applications and integrations with third-party technologies.
