Grip Go Fysio

Grip & Go Fysio is a physiotherapy practice focused on climbers and boulderers, helping people recover from injuries and return to the wall stronger and more confident. Combining a passion for climbing with professional physiotherapy, the practice offers tailored assessment, rehabilitation, injury prevention and strength training. Care begins with an intake and physical screening, followed by an individual treatment and exercise plan. Services can include hands-on physiotherapy, mobility and stability work, climbing-specific strength development, movement coaching, practical home and wall exercises, and support with the mental challenges of injury and returning to climbing.

Grip & Go also offers brief, free drop-in consultations at Ivy Climbing in Sittard and Radium Boulders in Maastricht, as well as workshops on topics such as finger conditioning, warm-ups, taping and shoulder mobility. The team includes physiotherapists Mark Maas, a hand therapist, and Fabienne Maas-Sanders, also a lifestyle coach. Appointments can be booked directly without a doctor’s referral; treatment may be covered by supplementary health insurance, depending on the policy.
