Grobbels

Grobbels is the integrative child and youth therapy practice of Judith van de Reep, based in Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands. The practice supports children and young people experiencing challenges such as low confidence, anxiety, stress, difficulties at school or with friendships, sleep or eating problems, and the effects of trauma, phobias or family separation. Its approach is brief, positive and solution-focused, with the child’s needs and wishes guiding the work rather than a fixed method or treatment plan.

Sessions combine coaching activities with therapeutic support, helping young people address difficulties, make sense of them and regain a sense of control. Depending on the situation, Judith may use approaches including IEMT and KIE coaching.
