About Groot Vleeshuis
OOOST is a brand that has transformed from the Groot Vleeshuis. After nearly 20 years, they were forced to relocate in April 2021. However, they quickly found a new location at Goudenleeuwplein 3, across from the stadshal, where they continue to promote Oost-Vlaamse streekproducten (East Flemish regional products).
Operating as a pop-up at first, they have now established themselves for the long term. The new, centrally located building serves as their renewed headquarters under the name 'OOOST'. The logo represents the triple offerings of OOOST, with the O's forming a basket, a plate, and a spoon.
Together, they symbolize the three experiences with their delicious regional products. At OOOST, you can discover these products in three ways: through their shop, restaurant, or tastings. The interior will also be revamped in the fall to reflect the various experiences and colors.
With a stronger focus on regional products and their producers, OOOST is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm, welcoming groups of up to 30 people for their arrangements
