GROUNDED GRAPPLING

Grounded Grappling is an Australian Brazilian jiu-jitsu brand built around high-quality coaching, good food and a welcoming community. It runs relaxed, multi-day BJJ camps designed for people of different experience levels, with no pressure to attend every session. Camp activities include technical training, open mats, shared meals, downtime and opportunities to connect with other grapplers. Grounded Grappling is led by Oli Smith and Graeme McKenna. Smith, head coach at Absolute MMA Collingwood and a black belt under Lachlan Giles, provides coaching and personalised video analysis.
