At GroundUp, we own, develop, and operate regenerative-organic farms on a large scale. Our services are sought after by investors looking to invest in real assets, as well as food retailers who want to meet the growing demand for sustainable and transparent food. Our team is made up of four partners, each with unique backgrounds in farming, technology, and finance.

Their shared passion for food and nature drives our company forward. Our Chief Executive Officer, Or Kremer, has sales and product marketing experience in the AI and fintech space. Itamar Willenz, our Chief Operations Officer, is an investment manager with experience across multiple asset classes and co-founder of a hydroponic Agtech startup.

Guy Rilov, our Chief Ag Officer, is the founder of Makura farm, the largest organic orchard producer in Israel for over three decades. Finally, Daniel Vazana, our Chief Technology Officer, brings his expertise in AI and software development to our team.
