BCDE is Bentley Systems’ project and asset information management platform, designed to give infrastructure teams a secure, shared environment for managing documents, models, drawings, and data. It helps engineering firms, project teams, supply chains, and asset owners work from trusted, up-to-date information and gain visibility into project progress, performance, and risk.

The platform connects project and asset information across organizations, with configurable workflows, layouts, and processes to suit different programs. Its capabilities include secure document and drawing sharing, browser-based viewing and markup, version control, audit histories, search, metadata updates, and role-based task assignment. Teams can use BCDE on desktop, tablet, or mobile, and share information externally through links or QR codes.

BCDE supports ISO 19650-compliant information management, including customizable review, approval, and RFI workflows, document issuing, and information delivery planning. Dashboards and configurable reports help users track tasks and performance, while APIs connect CAD, GIS, and ERP tools.
