Groupe DMM

Groupe Arcane Architectes is a French architecture practice specializing in the construction and rehabilitation of collective housing. Working in this field since 1975, the firm undertakes residential projects at a range of scales, from individual buildings to large housing communities. Its work includes new construction as well as the renovation of existing homes, with projects for housing organisations such as IN’LI, ICF Habitat, CDC Habitat, Lille Métropole Habitat and Batigère Habitat.

The agency’s portfolio includes studies and active construction sites in locations across the Paris region, including Paris, Bezons, Cergy, Bondy, Villejuif, Vitry-sur-Seine, Rosny-sous-Bois and Rueil-Malmaison. Recent updates highlight rehabilitation projects involving hundreds or, in some cases, more than a thousand homes, alongside the completion of renovation phases and competition wins. Groupe Arcane Architectes provides architectural services across project studies and delivery, supporting housing construction and rehabilitation from planning through to works on site. Its experience and ongoing projects centre on improving and developing collective residential buildings.
