Groupe Martel

Groupe Martel is a locally rooted group of businesses serving La Rochelle, its surrounding communities and the Royan area. For 25 years, it has invested in the region and developed services designed around people, place and long-term value. Its activities include property development, with building plots, new homes, heritage renovations and community-minded real estate projects, as well as real estate services through its ORPI agencies. These agencies help clients buy, sell, rent and manage properties, including seasonal rentals and shared-ownership buildings.

The group also offers wealth-management advice through Ante Meridiem, supporting clients with investment, tax planning, retirement and asset transfer. La Brigade provides home maintenance and renovation, from repairs to larger projects. MondialBox offers secure self-storage with flexible terms and round-the-clock access. Paysage Robin designs and maintains gardens and public green spaces. The portfolio also includes Golf de La Prée, with an 18-hole seaside course, lessons, a restaurant and event facilities. Across its businesses, Groupe Martel emphasizes local expertise, tailored service and sustainable, practical solutions.
