With a focus on inclusion, ADIS offers a range of solutions for workers with disabilities. ADIS operates several different enterprises, employing over 500 people across various industries.

ACTIV'ADIS, certified ISO 9001, specializes in packaging and order preparation, cable assembly, technical and industrial sewing, as well as printing and routing. PHARM'ADIS is the only approved pharmaceutical laboratory adapted enterprise in France, providing packaging, sorting, and recovery services for national clients. AGRADIS specializes in creating and maintaining green spaces and indoor plants for businesses and local authorities, focusing on biodiversity-friendly practices.

INSER'ADIS complements the employment solutions by offering temporary work assignments for individuals with disabilities. In addition, ADIS manages the CAP EMPLOI in Puy-de-Dôme and has a SOCIAL POLE to support job seekers facing social difficulties. ADIS CONSEIL ET FORMATION deploys inclusion programs and provides assistance to stakeholders in implementing their inclusion policies.
