GroupYard is a freight-forwarding service that helps shoppers access products from online stores in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and have their purchases delivered internationally. Members can create an account and receive personal mailbox addresses in these countries, giving them a destination for packages ordered from participating or other online retailers. GroupYard also offers personal shopping assistance for customers who need help making purchases.
The service guides customers through registration, shopping, package receipt, and delivery. After adding their account suite number to an order, members can choose from multiple shipping options. GroupYard promotes discounted rates through preferred logistics partners, with options intended to balance affordability and reliable delivery. Once customers pay for the service, their parcels are prepared for courier collection, and notifications and tracking numbers help them follow shipment progress. Packages are then delivered to the customer’s doorstep.
With warehouse and inventory staff, customer support, and shipment management, GroupYard aims to make cross-border online shopping and reshipping straightforward.
