Grove Ladder Farm, located in Arcadia, FL, is a family-owned and operated pasture-based livestock farm. With a rich Floridian heritage, we take pride in our critically endangered breeds of Florida Cracker Sheep and Florida Cracker Cattle. On our 12-acre property, we raise our animals ethically, providing our customers with premium, ethically-raised beef, lamb, and wool.
At Grove Ladder Farm, we prioritize rotational grazing and species-appropriate diets. Our chickens roam freely on open pastures, feasting on tender grasses and basking in the sunlight. Our sheep and cattle graze on native Florida grasses, ensuring a nutrient-rich diet.
To protect our flocks, we use moveable electric fencing and rely on our Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs. Our farm story began as a small hobby flock, but we have since grown into a thriving enterprise. Now, with an online sales platform, we offer our customers a wide range of products and the freedom to shop on their own schedule.
