About Grow Ghana Education Initiative
Grow Ghana is a non-profit initiative with a mission to empower young students in Africa for a digital future. They recognize that digitization creates numerous job opportunities in the region, but to truly thrive, qualified individuals with the right skills and mindset are needed. Grow Ghana challenges the current educational system and believes in doing more, especially when it comes to IT and soft skills. They understand the importance of early education and aim to create equal chances for all junior and senior high school students.
The initiative offers hands-on training in digital and soft skills, provided by a dedicated team of professionals. These pro-bono trainings are made possible through the support of partner start-ups, global volunteers, and generous donations. Grow Ghana values equality, cooperation, and constant improvement. They supplement the governmental curriculum and never replace local teachers. Their goal is to have a tangible impact on students' lives and prepare them for the future.
