Grupo EMSA is a family-owned Chilean business group serving the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic region since 1982. Founded by Marcos Ivelich, the company began by supplying industrial and diesel-engine spare parts and later developed a strong presence in oleohydraulic products and services. Today, the group operates through EMSA Comercial, EMSA Rent a Car and EMSA Transportes.

EMSA Comercial supplies products and services for regional industries, with a focus on hydraulic solutions and advice to help customers find suitable options. The Rent a Car division began vehicle rental operations in 1991 and has served both business and tourism markets, including through an AVIS Rent a Car sublicense established in 1995. EMSA Transportes provides passenger transportation for companies and tourism services; its clients have included Methanex, LAN Chile and Hotel Las Torres.

With more than 50 employees across its companies, Grupo EMSA aims to deliver quality products and services, practical guidance and value for money. Based in Punta Arenas, it draws on its regional experience to support customers in Chile’s far south.
